Our Thursday night pool team is in need of players to replace an unexpectedly departing player. We can probably cover the lost player when the team is at home, because we have plenty of snooker players who can step in if needed. However, what we really need is for someone to join up as a regular team member, able to go to away games as well as play at home. The team plays in the Mid-Sussex Pool League and most of the away trips are to Burgess Hill, Hassocks and Henfield, so we’re not talking massive travelling miles.
If you fancy having a go but you’re a bit unsure, why not join our regular Sunday evening pool players. Pool is free for practice on a Sunday night and we normally have a few in chalking their names up to have a game or three. Not all are regular pool players but you’ll get a taste of the level of talent you’l be facing in league pool. The table is set for free playing from 7pm every Sunday night.
