A final reminder, we have moved our quiz to Saturday March 24th this month, to accommodate the big FA Cup game this weekend. So if you’re looking for some intellectual stimulation, you’ll have to play spot the Mourinho stockphrase while watching the Club’s Brighton fans do all the emotions. The Brighton game, away at Old Trafford if you haven’t been keeping up, kicks off at 7.45pm tomorrow night on BT and we’d love to see as many of you in as possible.
But the Brighton game isn’t the end of the sport that we’re bringing you this weekend because we’ll be showing more FA Cup football, Six Nations rugby, Premiership football and plenty of other stuff. We start on Saturday at 12.15pm, with Swansea-Spurs in their FA Cup Quarter Final. If you’re a Fulham or QPR fan, the game at Craven Cottage starts at 12.30pm, although you will have to ask at the bar to get that put onto one of the screens. Alternatively, you could be keen on watching the Italy-Scotland Six Nations game, which also kicks off t 12.30pm on BBC1 but you will have to take your place in line behind the others. And you have a good chance of there being no Fulham or QPR fans in, this QPR fan will be watching through his fingers at home.
After the early stuff, Saturday continues with the usual results service on the screen nearest the cricket club and with the England-Ireland Six Nations game on ITV at 2.45pm. That will be followed at 5pm by the Wales-France Six Nations game, on the same screen as the early England game, with the other keeping on with the football scores. Then at 5.30pm, believe it or not, we have Premiership football, with Liverpool-Watford on BT, and then we move on to the Brighton game.
On Sunday we’re back to FA Cup action, starting off with Wigan-Southampton in their quarter final on BBC1. That will be followed at 4.30pm by Leicester-Chelsea in their quarter final.
We also have the Arnold Palmer Invitational golf on in the evenings while next week we have international football to look forward.
