The Club has arranged to show the Joshua-Parker fight on Easter Saturday evening, March 31st. The main fight will be starting at an estimated 10-10.30pm, so we won’t necessarily show the whole card from 6pm but we will show as much as we can, so you’ll get a full evening.
This is something the Club is paying additionally so we will be asking viewers to stump up £10 towards the cost. That means that if you’re in to play snooker and you decide to watch the fight when you’ve finished, you will find you have a committee member asking you for your tenner.
We also expect that we’ll have a crowd in, so please get into the Club as early as you can.
Also, on April 14th, the Club is staging a golf event when our Screwballs Golf Society take on the Dogs Society. If you fancy playing, at Horsham Golf and Fitness Centre, please put your name down on the sheet which has been pinned to the noticeboard between the fruity and the bar. You’ll find full details of the event, which starts with breakfast at 10 in the morning and ends with a barbecue at the Club.
