We have a great weekend lined up for you.
First of all FWB’s quiz of the year is on tomorrow night. Kick off is around 8.30pm and we’ll be charging £2 per person in teams of up to four. You’ll be asked about the news, entertainment, sports, music and loads of other stuff that happened last year, as well as what to look forward to in 2018. So is you fancy having a go, come on down to the Club tomorrow night.
And we have loads of sport on our TVs for you. We start off tonight with an FA Cup classic. Liverpool vs Everton, live, kicking off at 20.55. What better than live footy on a Friday night with a pint or two to help get through the boring bits.
Tomorrow we’ve got loads on. We start with Fleetwood Town against Leicester in the FA Cup, kicking off at 12.45 in the afternoon. Then at 2.30pm we’ll be showing rugby, with Northampton-Gloucester on BT, while our other screen will bring you the normal results service. Then at 5.30pm we’re off to Naarwch for their game at home to Chelsea, before the TVs go off for the Quiz.
On Sunday, we have another big day, starting at Noon with Newport against Leeds in the Cup – that’s on BBC Wales, so we may have to hunt a bit to find it for you. Then at 2pm its Shrewsbury facing potential giant-killers West Ham before at 4pm we go to Forest-Arsenal on BT.
That’s not the end of the weekend because, on Monday night, we’re showing Brighton-Palace, kicking off on BT at 7.45pm so, if you’re one of the many who’s been put off by the disgusting behaviour of the Palace fans last time, we’ll be waiting for you. Althoiugh we do have some Palace fans of our own of course.
There’s loads to look forward to through the rest of next week, but we’ll tell you about that over the weekend.
